The Project Sponsor is proposing text amendments to the Town of Malta and Stillwater PDD legislation for the LFTC to facilitate the potential for further development within the LFTC (the “Proposed Action”). The proposed text amendments to the PDD to increase the allowable permitted square footage of development; expand and define the allowable uses currently permitted within the PDD; and modify multiple Sections, Regulations, and Definitions pertaining to development within the PDD are discussed further in Section 2.1 and Table 2.1-1 of the Description of Proposed Action of this SDGEIS.
