• First appearance every Wednesday at 5:00 pm
• DA Days: Second and fourth Thursday of the month at 2:00 pm
• Pretrial Conferences: Third Thursday of month at 2:00 pm
• Civil Matters: Last Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm

Judge McKevitt

• First appearances every Thursday at 5:00 pm
• DA Days: First and third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm
• Pretrial Conferences: Second Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm
• Civil Matters: First Tuesday of every month at 5:00 pm

The Malta Town Court handles criminal matters, vehicle and traffic violations, small claims (up to $3,000), civil matters, eviction proceedings, and Town ordinance / zoning matters.

How to pay a fine;
 In person: 
        Cash, money orders, certified checks made payable to Malta Town 
      Court or credit card. (no personal checks) 

 By mail:
        Money Order, Certified check, or credit card accompanied by
      fine statement from court. (no personal checks)
  
 By fax (518)899-2312;
        Credit card payment only with fine statement from court.

 On-line:
         Make payments at GovPayNet secure credit payment 24 hrs./7 days.
       Must include document number, and pay location code for Judge.
