Seniors Munchies & a Movie March 19, 2010   Malta Senior residents, the Department of Parks & Recreation invites you to enjoy food, friends and entertainment. Come out to enjoy a movie and we’ll supply the munchies. Bring your friends and your appetites but sign up at least one week prior to the event as pre-registration is required and only limited seating is available. March 19: “Calendar Girls“ & Pizza lunch Based on a true story about 12 middle-aged Yorkshire, England women who pose for their annual Women’s Institute calendar to raise funds for leukemia research. Rated PG-13 May 14: “The Blindside“ & Sub sandwiches The story of Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All American football player and first round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family. Rated PG-13 All shows start at 12:00pm. Malta Senior Residents: Free of charge All others $5 per person for munchies.
