PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF MALTA

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Malta will hold a public hearing, pertaining to proposed local law amending Chapter 28A – Officers and Employees to establish residency requirements for the Town Comptroller, on the 26^th day of September, 2022, at 6:00 o’clock P.M. at the Town Hall of the Town of Malta, 2540 Route 9, Malta, New York 12020, at which hearing all persons desiring to be heard thereon will be heard.
